Purpose
Phan Family Backup is a private backup application used exclusively for the Phan Family Platform.
Google Drive Access
The application uses Google Drive only for storing and retrieving encrypted backup data created by the application.
Google Drive access is limited to files created or managed by this application using the Google Drive API.
Backup Data
Backup data may contain platform configuration, application data, database backups, uploaded files, and system secrets required for disaster recovery.
Backup content is encrypted using Restic before being transferred to Google Drive.
Data Sharing
Google user data accessed by this application is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Backup snapshots are retained according to the backup retention policy of the Phan Family Platform and are automatically removed when they are no longer required.
Revoking Access
Access to Google Drive can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings.
